2. easy to scale business (leverage effect)
3. high potential to grow
4. 细分行业并且行业空间巨大. Good at niche area
5. Brand premium (especially for consumer stocks)
6. High concentration (HHI) for mature industry, low for growth industry
7. Sustainable revenue (subscription service is always preferred)
