LE的IP地址证书有效期为6天，仅限通过HTTP-01或者TLS-ALPN-01方式进行验证（人话：必须要80或者443端口，其他端口不行）
时间线：今年2月预计签发第一张短期证书，4月左右对部分用户开放该功能，预计在2025年末全面可用。最早期的短期证书可能并不支持IP地址，但是意图在全面可用前支持IP地址证书
