美国参议院民主党人公布了3.5万亿美元的预算计划 Democrats unveiled their $3.5 trillion budget blueprint to drastically expand the social safety net and fight climate change while ramping up a fight with Republicans over raising the debt limit. The plan is set to be voted on this week in the Senate without any GOP support, after passage of the bipartisan $550 infrastructure bill. Democrats opted not to include an increase in the federal borrowing ceiling, which will have to be passed next month, and also faces unified Republican opposition.
