Bloomberg: American Airlines Group Inc.’s AAdvantage loyalty program has an assessed value of $18 billion to $30 billion, the carrier said as it negotiates with the U.S. Treasury Department to use at least part of the asset as collateral for a $4.75 billion loan. American expects to have an agreement in place by the end of June, Chief Financial Officer Derek Kerr said Tuesday in a webcast interview with Wolfe Research analyst Hunter Keay.
