今年美国住宅去库存速度有所增加,不少卖家惜售.过了年底Holiday Season后春天又是房地产行业的销售旺季. More than a third of would-be home-sellers say they’re keeping their houses off the market for the next three years because of financial anxiety and uncertainty from the coronavirus pandemic, according to a new report from Zillow. Nearly 40% of homeowners who said they may consider selling in the next three years expect prices to increase the longer they wait. And with historically low mortgage rates, strong demographic demand and a continuing shortage of homes for sale, they have a point.
